Handmade in Mildura, southwest NSW, using all locally sourced ingredients by famous Australian/Venetian chef de Pieri Stefano. Real lemon curd is so silky smooth, fruity and satisfying that you can eat it with a spoon, and never stop. Stefano is obsessive about getting it right! Make a classic pudding and add to brioche and raspberries; smear onto pancakes, scones or toast; fill in small tartlet cases and top with meringue. Size: 370 g jar.
